Refunds
Please note that we generally do not accept returns. However, due to high stock turnover, there may be rare cases where an item you've ordered is no longer in stock. In such cases, we will issue a full refund and notify you immediately.​​

Replacements & Warranty
Items are only eligible for replacement if they fall within the applicable warranty period and have been assessed and confirmed as faulty by our technicians. Products damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, or external factors are not covered under warranty and will not be replaced.

Installation Requirements
This product must be installed by a qualified electrician or technician. All installations must comply with local wiring regulations and safety standards. UtilityPal will not be held liable for any malfunction or damage resulting from improper installation, mishandling, or failure to follow manufacturer guidelines.

We currently offer delivery throughout South Africa and Namibia.
Please note that deliveries to Namibia may require additional time depending on courier availability and customs processes.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and the size/weight of your order.
Shipping costs are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
