-
UtilityPal has been appointed as prepaid service provider by management.
-
The changeover will take place from today going forward.

Any tokens purchased via your previous service provider needs to be entered first onto your meter prior to the insertion of the Key Change Token (KCT).
-
Before the vendee can proceed with buying new prepaid electricity vouchers, the vendee must first enter an 80 digit Key Change Token, which is available on the page below.
-
Start off with Key 1 and enter the first 20 digits, then wait 5-10 seconds and enter Key 2, until all 4 Keys have been entered into the prepaid meter. Once the process is done vendee can continue buying prepaid electricity as normal.
-
Units on the meter will remain the same when the changeover occurs.
-
The meter number does not change and remains the same.
