EATON SQUARE

  • UtilityPal has been appointed as utility management service providers by Eaton Square Body Corporate.

  • The changeover will take place on 13/07/2020.

  • Any tokens purchased via your previous service provider needs to be entered first onto your meter prior to the insertion of the Key Change Token (KCT).

  • Before the vendee can proceed with buying new prepaid electricity vouchers, the vendee must first enter an 80 digit Key Change Token, which is available on the page below.

  • After each set of twenty numbers entered into the meter, the meter will then display either a smiley face or a sad face. If smiley/sad faces are displayed, please continue with the insertion of numbers. After the insertion is completed, the vendee can insert a Test Token of 5 kWh, in order to check if KCT was successfully entered or not. If vendees meter registers 5 kWh’s more than before insertion, the process was successful and can continue buying prepaid electricity as normal.

  • Units on the meter will remain the same when the changeover occurs.

  • The meter number does not change and remains the same.

  • This is a once-off process.

  • Should you have any trouble with inserting the Key Change Token, you can chat to us online or send us an email to support@utilitypal.co.za
